Standard shipping $12 plus tax.
Order processing will be done within 2-4 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt of the package. The piece must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn. We will inspect everything before issuing the refund. All returns will be inspected prior to refund and we reserve the right not to refund the item if it does not meet our standards.

Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable, if you return items from an order with free shipping we keep a $10 fee for the initial shipment which was at our expense.

To make a return go to the my account section at the top right of the menu and after creating your account click on request a return. You have 7 days to send your package following the acceptance of your request, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.

We do not do exchanges as our inventory moves quickly. To have another size, order it and follow the steps for a return.

We will not accept returns due to shrinkage. Our patterns have been designed with this in mind.

Products discounted at 15% or more are final sales. And all products with discounts (newsletter or ambassadors) are refundable in store credit only.

Please note that if you return an order over $100 where delivery was free, we will not refund the $10 cost incurred to send you the package. 

If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed, a shipping fee of $12 will be charged to resend the package.

Defective products

Although our clothes are made with love, they may end up with small defects. If this is the case, send us an email within 10 days of the delivery date. We can look together at the procedure to follow since it is on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that purchases made through a distributor will need to be processed directly with the store.
